ABOUT US

Jai Gopal - Catherine Guillot

Jai Gopal

Catherine Guillot

Catherine Guillot is a Kundalini yoga teacher and a teacher of hormonal therapeutic yoga. She also practices spiritual healing by channeling the energy of universal rays.

It was in Tibet that she received, from recognised masters, the teachings of the Dzogchen lineage which evoke the absolute perfection inherent in every being.

Her pilgrimages to Bhutan, Nepal and India allowed her to meet great yogis and led her on the path of Kundalini yoga which she has been teaching for many years.

Passionate about the ability of each person to heal and transform, she never stops sharing what she has received and trains hundreds of yogis each year in the teaching of Kundalini Yoga, but also in spiritual healing. She is one of those humans whose mission is to show the way.

Another way, free from conditionings and limitations…

When things change on the inside, the outside changes!

It was through a long journey of travel, years spent abroad, professional and sporting challenges that Julie found herself faced with a void, a lack that could not be filled by the outside world.

Despite all the pleasure and learning she experienced; a new country to discover, a new language to learn, a new sports record to beat, there was always a little je ne sais quoi missing, an emptiness she did not understand. It was then that she felt the need and found the courage to dive into her inner self.

Kundalini yoga has been her main key to open new doors, discover other ways of doing things and start to discover herself. Since then, she has done her yoga teacher training, Amrit Nam Sarovar (500+ hours) and a variety of workshops (mediations, mindfulness, male/female balance, etc.).

Yoga, in the broadest sense of the term, has become more and more integrated into her life.

As a child, Elizabeth’s favourite words were ‘but why?’ Always curious and fascinated by everything to do with health, wellbeing and nature she was convinced the answers were ‘out there’. It led her to study science and psychology at university.
Yet she was still left wanting. Not easily discouraged, she began to travel, meet new people, and experience new things, anything and everything outside herself. That is until she was guided to Geneva and to Kundalini yoga. She felt its power almost instantly.

A few years later she completed level 1 and 2 KY teacher training with Amritnam Sarovar in France. The process was intense, peeling back the layers and getting more and more in touch with herself, her heart, her soul, her joy, her sat nam.

The real journey was inward, and this is the journey that continues to teach her the most and enriches her life in ways beyond imagination. While “but why?” is always present, today the difference is that Elizabeth knows where to turn for the answers. Learning how to tap into this inner guidance is what she shares when she teaches. Sat nam.

The Way of the Heart through Kundalini Yoga

Passionate about personal development from an early age, Nadya has taken numerous courses and trainings in the field of the sacred feminine, teachings and practices of Osho meditations, Sivananda Yoga, Vedic astrology, conscious nutrition, energy healing.

In 2018, life brought her to the path of Kundalini Yoga which transformed her life and still sustains her today. She completed her yoga teacher training at Amritnam Sarovar in France (500 hours). This training allowed her a powerful inner journey and an authentic encounter with herself.

Nadya’s greatest inspiration is to help people reconnect with their hearts, learn to fully accept, love and be in harmony with themselves and others.

Audrey’s spiritual journey began in January 2018. Since then, Audrey has been diligently following Jai Gopal’s teachings and has completed her Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teaching at Amrit Nam Sarovar in France (200 hours).

Kundalini Yoga has been a revelation for Audrey. Through experience, this powerful transformative tool has enabled her to understand her patterns, beliefs, limitations and resistances in order to accept them as gifts and bring them into the light.

Very enthusiastic and full of energy, Audrey loves to share her practice. She puts her heart into transmitting her passion so that everyone can enjoy themselves and reach their greatest potential.

It was in 2008, when Dominika was experiencing expatriate life at its best in Libya with her two little girls, that Dominika discovered the practice of yoga.

The daily practice of simple postures, breathing and relaxation came into her life at an opportune moment and never left. Following experiences with teachers of all lineages, she decided to train as a teacher herself in 2011, feeling the need to share this practice which has taken her on a journey towards herself and given her the tools to deal with everyday life a little better each day.

Dominika, trained in Sivananda Yoga, teaches Hatha Yoga classes. She likes to focus on the balance of polarities. In our busy lives, most of us feel the need to move and be strong, trying to ignore the fact that the body may also need rest and relaxation. This is why Dominika’s classes are organised to work the whole body, to keep it healthy, and to provide tools that you can take home and incorporate into your daily life.

Over the years, Dominika has also trained in yoga therapy and as a breath coach.
